Small hotel with welcoming staff and absolutely gorgeous views of the lake. Helpfulness of the staff. Reasonably good breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes. Great location to a nearby restaurant which served us instead, 95 min on foot to Playa San Miguel. And near the Aktun Kan caves.

We found out good prices in the hotel. Had lovely stay with the same fine service and the weather was pleasant.

The hotel is immaculately clean, has views at sunset. The venue's location is stunning and the staff are top-class. It offers a nice restaurant with outstanding food.

Everything was simply fantastic. The weather was pleasant, had lovely stay with the same fine service. It was an incredibly comfortable location really close to the Aktun Kan caves at Santa Elena, the lake, beautiful sunsets and lake side. The breakfast was particularly good, the check in was early.

The room was extremely pleasant and air conditioned, had nice beds. Got a good breakfast included. In general the service was great. The staff were decent and efficient in case of questions.

The breakfast was exceptionally good with yogurt, efficient arrangement for trips and also a fantastic lakeside view, you will not be disappointed. We had functional and spotless room with safe. This hotel was set in a central area next to the lake and good resturants and restaurants and bars. Furthermore, to Tikal mayan ruins.

Everything was perfect, spotless hotel, beautiful location really near all the restaurants. Location: the property was right by the bars as well as the Mayan ruins at Tikal.

loved the stunning panoramic view from room 205, rooftop terrace, and lakeside location. The staff was amazing, making everything easy. Will definitely visit Isla De Flores again and stay at this hotel.

Good little hotel in a wonderful position to Chichicastenango market.

The location of this hotel is superb, right at the waterfront. It offers a stunning view of the lake from the top floor, and there are really good restaurants nearby. The rooms are large with high ceilings, making them feel very spacious. They are quite clean and come equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and lots of hot water. The staff is happy and friendly, providing great service, and the basic amenities are perfectly adequate. I particularly loved my room on the terrace, which had a fantastic lakeside view. Additionally, the breakfast included 2 pieces of toast, 4 small cubes of fruit, butter, jam, and coffee.

All was fine during my stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the west-facing waterfront of the town. The rooms are equipped with two comfortable double beds and air conditioning, which was so very much appreciated during our stay. The hotel offers basic amenities, including plentiful hot water in the bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is not only delicious but also reasonably priced. We enjoyed our meal with a fantastic lakeside view, which made our mornings even more enjoyable.

The rooms at Hotel Casa Amelia are spacious and offer comfortable beds. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities, including central heating, a flat-screen television, and a writing table. The central location of the hotel is also a plus. Additionally, having parking available on the property is very convenient.
